Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Site Supervisor to join our Data Center Operations team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our data center facilities, personnel, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of security officers to ensure the effective implementation of security protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to security and risk management.
  • Provide training and guidance to security officers on security procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and maintain access control systems, alarms, and surveillance platforms to ensure the security of the data center.
  • Investigate security incidents and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in security and risk management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in security management, preferably in a data center or critical infrastructure environment.
  • Knowledge of physical security systems, access control, surveillance technologies, and incident response procedures.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with occupational hazards and safety rules.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Physical Security Professional (PSP).
  • Experience in law enforcement or military security.
Working Conditions

This position requires work to be done onsite at a data center facility and may require use of a personal mobile device. A monthly stipend will be provided to cover expenses incurred for using a personal device, if applicable.
