Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Dining Servers to join our team at Southern Trace Country Club. As a Dining Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food promptly after preparation
  • Describe specials of the day to guests and answer questions about menu items
  • Provide attentive service to guests throughout their meal, ensuring satisfaction and responding to requests in a timely manner
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests to ensure knowledge of menu offerings and promotions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and side work duties

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training
  • Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job
  • Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
