Line Service Manager

The Line Service Manager is a key role within our operations team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our customers. This includes managing the day-to-day activities of our Line Service team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Line Service team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, including conducting regular safety inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in aviation or a similar industry.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and coordinating teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
The Line Service Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, and chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus.
