Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Residential Leasing Coordinator. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.


Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $40,000 to $60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
  • Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Showcasing available apartments to potential renters.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Prior office experience is beneficial, but not required.
