Job Overview

At Hat Creek Burger Company, we're seeking a skilled Grill Line Cook to join our Back-of-House team in Fulshear, TX. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll play a vital role in preparing high-quality food, ensuring excellent customer service, and upholding our company's culture and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food products according to Hat Creek's standard operating procedures
  • Cook, assemble, and package customers' orders accurately
  • Follow all portion control procedures, record food waste, and maintain proper food storage and handling
  • Work in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to local and state requirements
  • Unpack and store incoming inventory, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and report equipment issues

Work Environment:

  • Grill Line Cooks work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with various equipment, including ovens, stoves, and walk-in coolers
  • Exposure to heat, steam, fire, noise, and potentially slippery surfaces
  • On-the-job demands include standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time or part-time positions available, Monday to Sunday
