Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team in radiographic procedures, sterile setup, and maintaining sterile technique throughout procedures. This is a rewarding opportunity for those who take pride in delivering exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Operate all equipment effectively, safely, and efficiently, minimizing radiation exposure.
- Assist physicians with invasive radiographic procedures and handle sterile supplies.
- Prepare and monitor patients during procedures, record QA assignments, and perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Comply with house-wide BSI precautions, follow safety guidelines, and maintain proficiency in all aspects of ordered IR procedures.
- Graduate of an approved accredited program of Radiologic Technology.
- Current CPR certification and ARRT(R) registration or eligibility (state-specific requirements apply).
- Kentucky: KBMIRT Radiation Operator's License - Radiography (Temporary or Permanent), Indiana: ISDH License – Radiologic Technologist or Radiology Student Permit.
