Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Fitness Coach to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for leading group fitness classes and providing personalized coaching to help members achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead group fitness classes, including creating and following a schedule
  • Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and provide guidance on how to properly use equipment
  • Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises
  • Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic

Requirements:

  • A passion for fitness and health
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Punctuality and reliability is a must
  • Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers
  • Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language

Salary: Estimated $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
