As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing our customer service standards and ensuring that all internal and external clients receive exceptional service. You will also be accountable for maintaining a clean and professional environment, adhering to our sanitation standards, and following safety protocols at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide high-quality waxing services to clients
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment, adhering to our sanitation standards
  • Follow safety protocols at all times
  • Implement customer service standards for all internal and external clients
Requirements
  • Current State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
  • A passion for waxing and the beauty industry
  • Time Management Skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Flexible and adaptable individual who embraces being a part of a team
