This is an entry-level, full-time position responsible for various tasks across different departments, requiring excellent teamwork, communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers through the order process, ensuring accurate order details and answering questions about merchandise and company policies.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and requests regarding merchandise, orders, returns, and in-transit shipments.
  • Process outbound customer orders, including generating shipping labels and packing shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of order fulfillment statuses and package tracking information in the company database.
  • Process inbound customer returns, including unboxing packages and processing paperwork.
  • Input and update specifications and pictures of new and existing products in the company database.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or associate's degree.
  • Provide own transportation to and from the office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and respectful demeanor towards coworkers and customers.
  • Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets (e.g., Google Docs, Google Sheets).
Schedule

Variable schedule, including Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with exact work hours to be discussed during the interview.
