Reliable Class A CDL Delivery Specialist

At US Foods, Inc., we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of food products. This role involves driving a truck to deliver goods to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport food products to customers
  • Unload products from the trailer and place them in designated customer storage areas
  • Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
  • Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
  • Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL Class A license issued by the state of legal residence
  • Commercial driving experience, preferably in the food and/or beverage delivery industry
  • Ability to read and communicate in the English language
  • Physical ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift

We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated base salary of $31.25 - $33.25 per hour, overtime compensation, and a retention bonus. This role is eligible for overtime compensation and a $15,000 Retention Bonus. Schedule: Drivers are off on Sundays and One Weekday. Start times between 1am and 6am (10-11 Hour Routes).
