Job Summary:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing biweekly payroll for 120-150 employees, including bonus payments, garnishments, commissions, merit increases, and ad hoc checks. You will also be responsible for setting up direct deposit, researching and resolving employee questions related to payroll discrepancies, and making adjustments as necessary.

Responsibilities:

Process biweekly payroll for 120-150 employees

Process bonus payments, garnishments, commissions, merit increases, ad hoc checks, etc.

Set up direct deposit

Research and resolve employee questions related to payroll discrepancies and make adjustments as necessary

Requirements:

Minimum of one to two years of payroll processing experience required

Knowledge of Paycor highly preferred

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

Great multi-tasker, detail/customer service-oriented and deadline driven

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of Wage & Hour laws, FLSA, minimum wage, state/local taxes, overtime, etc.

Work Hours/Pay Rate:

Mon-Wed and flexible on other days - Part Time - 20 hours per week

$25-28/hr.
