Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled GME Alumni Relations Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our Physician Services Group, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of our graduate medical education alumni retention strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining fellows database content, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Preparing and analyzing statistical reports to monitor candidate referrals to Divisions.
  • Maintaining critical relationships with GME Recruitment, Division VPs of Recruitment, Strategic Sourcing, and Division recruiters.
  • Initiating recruitment of interested fellows and connecting them to Division recruitment teams.
  • Planning and directing activities to facilitate referrals to open positions within HCA.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Familiarity with physician recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Clinical/healthcare experience highly preferred.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Your compensation package will also include a 401(k) plan with a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay (based on years of service), an Employee Stock Purchase Plan with 10% off HCA Healthcare stock, and family support through fertility and family building benefits with Progyny and adoption assistance.
