Job Overview

Interstate Companies Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Heavy Equipment Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our heavy-duty equipment lines in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote parts and service sales of our heavy-duty equipment lines in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new customer contacts to expand market share and sales of all products, services, and service contracts.
  • Assist customers in solving problems and provide technical support.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and company as needed to ensure that the customer needs are adequately met.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years recent/relevant experience with outside sales.
  • Experience in distribution, industrial and/or heavy equipment a plus.
