The Remedy Server is a vital member of our Food & Beverage Team, responsible for providing an expertly served dining experience for our guests. As a key representative of Four Seasons, the ideal candidate will be an expert in our restaurant dining menus and be able to anticipate the needs of our guests.

• Connect with guests and maintain an exceptional knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen using our point-of-sale system.
• Responsible for delivering and clearing guest food, as well as assisting with any guest needs throughout service.
• Upsell patrons on higher-priced wine and food items to achieve sales goals.
• Accurately close guest checks and process cash and credit card payments.

• Two or more years of server experience in a fast-paced high-end restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Fluency in English is required, and applicants must have current work authorization in the United States.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours.
