About the Role

As a BHT, you will be responsible for providing personalized behavior support services to clients in their homes and community settings. You will work closely with our experienced team of professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs and goals. Your role will also involve collecting data, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality behavioral support services to clients in their homes and community settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Collect and record data on client progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster effective communication and partnerships with families and caregivers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, interventions, and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Sociology).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children or individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
