About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chiropractic Assistant/Medical Receptionist to join our team at Triangle Chiropractic PC.

This part-time position involves working 27 hours per week, Wednesday-Saturday shifts (half days on Wednesday and Friday, full day on Thursday and Saturday). The ideal candidate will have experience in chiropractic medicine, excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting patients, checking them in and out
  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
  • Answering phone calls, responding to messages and emails
  • Verifying and updating insurance benefits
  • Taking payments and recording transactions
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Performing passive therapies, including electrical stimulation, heat, ice, and traction
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment

The successful candidate will be required to attend a Board Certification course for Chiropractic Assistants in NC and commit to ongoing professional development. In return, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00-$18.50, depending on qualifications and experience. We also provide optional Simple IRA with a 3% employer match and free chiropractic care.
