Lead Soccer Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Soccer Instructor to join our team at Soccer Shots - FABW.

This is a part-time opportunity that involves conducting soccer sessions for children aged 2-8, promoting character development through positive reinforcement and modeling, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

• Conduct high-energy soccer sessions for children aged 2-8, using expert-created curriculum and teaching techniques.
• Encourage physical activity, teamwork, and good sportsmanship among participants.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, adhering to on-site safety and attendance protocols.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers to ensure a seamless experience for children.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• No prior sports/coaching experience required, but a genuine passion for working with children and sports is essential.
• Energetic and engaging personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to adapt to the needs of children aged 2-8 and create a fun, supportive learning environment.
• Access to reliable transportation and ability to stand, jog, and model children's soccer skills.
• Must have or obtain state-required clearances.
