Compensation
We offer a competitive clinical salary rate of $82,000 to $108,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits including:

Job Responsibilities
As an out-patient orthopedic specialist physical therapist at Kessler Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations to develop and progress individualized treatment plans
- Providing thorough patient education and planning for discharge when necessary
- Participating in departmental initiatives and communicating effectively with the rehab team
- Facilitating professional growth and development within the department
- Performing other professional duties associated with patient care and therapy service delivery
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy and hold a valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration.
