Fire Alarm Technician

Job Summary:

This is a full-time opportunity for a Fire Alarm Technician (NICET II) at 215Secure located in Doylestown, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, repairing, and inspecting fire alarm systems to ensure life safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Fire Alarm System Commissioning: Commission and inspect fire alarm systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of service.
• Site Surveys and Estimates: Conduct site surveys, review plans, and develop estimates to install or expand fire alarm systems.
• Business Development: Participate in business development activities to generate new opportunities and grow our customer base.
• On-Call Repair: Provide on-call repair services with rotation between other technicians to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Documentation: Document notes and progress daily via our mobile app to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

• NICET Level II or greater certification required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to develop strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Extensive experience with Silent Knight, Fire Lite, and Vista fire alarm systems.
• Philadelphia Fire Inspection or New Jersey Fire Inspection licenses are a plus.
