Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team in retail food services. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality menu items in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Culinary Preparation: Develop culinary skills by prepping bakery offerings, jerky, fudge, BBQ, and other restaurant menu items.
  2. Food Service Management: Prepare Buc-ees unique food service menu offerings to prescribed recipes and maintain confidential information.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a team environment, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,520, based on an hourly rate of $21/hour.
