About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Fairview, OR. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with ProCare Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students with communication disorders in Fairview and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess students' speech and language abilities to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting therapy approaches as needed. Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress. Stay updated on best practices and research in speech-language pathology to provide high-quality services.
Requirements:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Oregon licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility for licensure. Experience working with students with diverse speech and language needs is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and colleagues.

A competitive salary range of $42-47 per hour, paid weekly through direct deposit. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. Matching 401(k) plan. Full-time schedule with flexible options, Monday to Friday, 30-40 hours per week.
