Logistics Specialist

At Innovative Workforce Solution Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of goods to various locations across Malta.

The successful candidate will have a valid professional driver's license (C1) and excellent communication and collaboration skills. They will also be able to operate forklifts and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different locations for different projects
• Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting, and operating a delivery vehicle
• Complete logs and reports
• Carrying out day-to-day delivery and distribution of goods
• Ensure output meets quality standards
• Operate machinery in a proper and diligent manner
• Work with created SOPs to guarantee process standardization
• Work on increasing operation efficiency and resource utilization while minimizing costs
• Notify maintenance department of any machinery and equipment that need repaired or maintained
• Follow procedures to ensure adherence to HACCP and H&S regulations
