Project Administrator Senior Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at HF&H Consultants, LLC. The successful candidate will work under the direction of partners and project managers to successfully complete engagements for our municipal clients related to their management of environmental programs.
Job DescriptionThe Project Administrator will be responsible for managing the coordination, scheduling, and organization of municipal board meetings, including preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and agenda reports. They will also manage communication with board members, stakeholders, and the public, as well as handle general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of board operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to blend administrative responsibilities with analytical work in the context of municipal board operations and waste management consulting.
The salary range for this position is $73,000 - $93,000 per year, plus benefits and performance-based incentives. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, group term life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance, 15 vacation days per year, 10 holidays per year, and 5 sick days per year.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, candidates should have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, English, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in a professional office environment. They should also have demonstrated exceptional client/customer service skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
