Your Role as Brand Marketing Strategist

You will be responsible for shaping and executing brand initiatives that drive growth and engagement. This includes managing influencer and brand ambassador programs, developing social media strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to execute Parachute's overall brand and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage influencer and brand ambassador programs, including strategy, budgeting, outreach, and day-to-day communication
  • Measure and track influencer campaign ROI, including engagement rates, sales lift, and brand awareness metrics
  • Monitor social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness
  • Develop brand messaging on special initiatives, quarterly messaging, partnerships, and collaborations in collaboration with the Creative team
  • Field inbound and outbound partnership and collaboration communications with B2B partners
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team to understand product and category priorities
  • Liaise with PR teams in support of brand initiatives and sample shipping
  • Develop social media tactics from concepts to execution to calendaring

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years working with influencers
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work fast and multitask
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
