Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Supervisor to join our team at Brookshire Grocery Company. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our stores run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering excellent customer service and driving business results. You will be responsible for managing store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service. You will also be expected to provide coaching and development opportunities to our store staff to help them grow and succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service
  • Supervise and coach store staff to ensure they meet performance expectations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company goals
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience; experience in a leadership role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Benefits

Brookshire Grocery Company offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
