Job Summary:

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Machine Inspector to join our team. As a Machine Inspector, you will be responsible for demonstrating Caterpillar equipment to Caterpillar standards, participating in competitive demonstrations, and promoting Caterpillar Operator Training programs. You will also assist customers and sales staff by providing product application expertise and instructing company and customer personnel in the safe and efficient operation of Caterpillar equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate Caterpillar equipment to Caterpillar standards
Participate in Head-To-Head competitive demonstrations
Promote Caterpillar Operator Training programs
Assist customers and sales staff with product application expertise
Instruct company and customer personnel in the safe and efficient operation of Caterpillar equipment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience as a heavy equipment operator at the Journeyman level on multiple machine families and in multiple applications
Computer literate and comfortable with public speaking
