About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least one year of experience in treating psychiatric patients. A strong understanding of trauma-informed care and commitment to providing sensitive, compassionate care are essential.

Estimated Salary:

$64,500 - $85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group DBT sessions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to develop comprehensive treatment plans

  • Conduct ongoing assessment and evaluation of patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality standards
