Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at JOANN Stores. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and leading the store team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting every customer, using the F.A.S.T. service model, and engaging in friendly conversations about their projects.

  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately at the cutting counter and cash register.

  • Stock shelves accurately according to planogram, maintain a high level of productivity, and ensure a clean and organized sales floor.

  • Proactively drive sales through product knowledge, active selling techniques, and building strong customer relationships.

  • Assist leadership in minimizing shrink by ensuring policy and procedure compliance, including cutting counter accuracy, remnants, damages, and inventory management.

  • Work closely with Store Management to identify key tasks and delegate them to Team Members, ensuring tasks are completed well and in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
