We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pathfinder Bank. As a key player in our market, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the people and businesses in our community while developing long-lasting, trusted relationships.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to branch customers and resolving routine customer problems in a timely manner. This role is a key driver of branch referrals that assist the branch team in achieving their annual goals.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer experiences, including proactively greeting customers, smiling, using their name, and ending each interaction by saying, "Thank you for banking with Pathfinder Bank."
  2. Process a variety of retail and commercial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing in an accurate and efficient manner.
  3. Promote the Bank's products and services and refer customers to the appropriate sales personnel.
  4. Verify check endorsements and funds availability and disburse cash to customers in the conduct of transactions and according to policy.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year customer service experience
  • 1-3 years banking experience or cash handling experience
  • Professional in appearance and conduct
