Job Summary

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, critical illness insurance, accidental insurance, paid vacation days, sick leave, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities
  • Maintain a professional appearance and performance at all times.
  • Schedule new and established patients accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify benefits and insurance eligibility for patients.
  • Collect monies owed by patients and post payments into the system.
  • Work various reports to ensure accurate billing and collection.
  • Contact patients to discuss outstanding balances and make payment arrangements.
  • Input all information into the computer system accurately and promptly.
  • Review and prepare accounts for collections in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on insurance denials and appeals to ensure prompt resolution.
