As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for preparing and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general management and hotel staff. You will also verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records, including room charges, cash drawer activity, and credit card transactions. Additionally, you will respond to guest inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, and resolve guest complaints. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager and hotel management
  • Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records, including room charges, cash drawer activity, and credit card transactions
  • Respond to guest inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, and resolve guest complaints
  • Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested
Qualifications:
  • Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours
  • Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
  • Great communication and excellent customer service skills are required
  • Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus
Compensation:

$17 hourly
