Electronic Monitoring Division Sales Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and driven sales leader to spearhead revenue growth and expand our footprint in the State and Government sector.
This role is pivotal in developing and securing contracts for Offender Electronic Monitoring (EM) solutions across the United States. As the sales leader, you will leverage your expertise to foster strong client relationships and deliver consistent sales success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring continuous pursuit of new opportunities while closing existing deals.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and marketing statistics to identify growth opportunities and devise effective strategies to increase market share.
- Represent the company at industry tradeshows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote our solutions and network with key stakeholders.
- Travel up to 50% to meet clients, attend events, and drive sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in the Electronic Monitoring (EM) field, with a demonstrated ability to win high-value contracts consistently.
- Expertise in selling technology solutions to State and Local Government clients.
- Familiarity with responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
- Experience negotiating multi-year service contracts and building enduring client relationships.
- A strong sales record, with the ability to demonstrate $5–10 million in new sales revenue annually.
