Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. As a Product Engineer, you will provide engineering support for the Evaporator Service Product Group within North America and assume process engineering responsibility for all Evaporator Service Products.
Key Responsibilities:- Process engineering support to the Product Manager for the full line of Evaporator Service products, including sales, sizing, and project support
- Customer visits and audits focused on problem resolution and product sales, including detailed trip reports and follow-up
- Heat and material balance calculations
- Process equipment sizing
- P&ID and system configurations
- Safety and HAZOP reviews, including safety system design reviews
- Process engineering support for checkouts, start-ups, and performance testing
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Pulp and Paper Technology
- 5+ years of directly related experience
- Experience in providing customers with on-site evaluations, audits, and training
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively on various levels, verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and within a group
- Travel required for this position (up to 50%)
