Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Hair Stylist to join our team at Hair Cuttery. As a Salon Professional, you will have the opportunity to earn up to 75% in commissions while benefiting from flexible scheduling, free advanced education, and comprehensive benefits.

About the Role

The role requires a current cosmetology or barber license, as well as skills in layered cuts and basic color application. Our ideal candidate is able to work various schedules based on their income goals and guest demand, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.

Salary and Benefits

The hourly range for this position is $30 to $40, with top performers earning more than $40 per hour based on experience and performance. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, and a 401k plan.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a current cosmetology or barber license applicable to state requirements and eligible to work in the US. A strong ability to show basic skill-set in terms of layered cuts, clipper cuts, and basic color application is also required.
