About the Role

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Medical Telemetry Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health problems and needs, developing individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and promote a culture of safety and quality.
Requirements
  • A valid RN license in the state of employment or a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • AHA ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
  • BLS certification prior to completion of orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
