We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at Care Delivery WA in Everett, WA. As a key member of our primary care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and communities.

This is a traditional outpatient primary care medicine practice serving patients from Everett and its surrounding areas. You will work collaboratively with a talented group of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and develop innovative solutions to improve population health management.

The role offers a highly competitive compensation package with productivity and quality incentives. Additionally, we offer a sign-on and retention bonus package up to $100,000 for highly qualified physicians.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing direct patient care through 18-22 patients per day, with 15, 20, and 30-minute visits.
  • Focusing on a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine population to deliver personalized care and develop long-term relationships with patients.
  • Collaborating with a collegial group of Primary Care physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas.
  • Enjoying a healthy work-life balance with flexible shifts, including a 4-day workweek, and opportunities for part-time work if desired.
  • Working closely with Advanced Practice Clinicians (PA/NP) and Scribe support to enhance patient care and streamline clinical workflows.

Requirements:
  • Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start date.
  • Unrestricted Washington state license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
  • Current DEA certification or ability to obtain prior to start date.

Salary Range:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $256,997 to $364,843, based on experience and qualifications.
