Job Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist Sales Engineering Managers in processing customers' orders based on standard procedures and guidelines
  • Plan related tasks, summarize progress with team members, and report results to the direct supervisor and management
  • Coordinate prototype orders, lead time confirmation, delivery date shipment, and schedule delivery dates for mass production by communicating with internal sales and logistics
  • Compile reports effectively summarizing sales and technical data, document and manage all tracking files
  • Follow up on internal progress, review technical and quality documents, and assist the Sales Engineering Manager as needed
Requirements
  • Strong administration and sales transaction skills
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide solutions
  • Maintains a positive customer-focused approach and confidentiality at all times
  • Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree
  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
