Responsibilities:

  • Schedule complex surgeries and medical procedures
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient flow
  • Manage electronic medical records and communicate with patients and families regarding appointments and scheduling
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff members
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes

Requirements:

To succeed as a Clinical Scheduler at Deaconess, you must have a High School Graduate or GED and one or two years of experience in a clinical setting. A background in healthcare or a related field is highly desirable.
