Job Description

The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring resource allocation. This role requires coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making and address any challenges or concerns.
  • Monitor project performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet deadlines and achieve project objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of handling high-value projects.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management.

Benefits
