Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian II to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our public areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairways, and locker rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including picking up and removing trash and debris.
  • Operate a stripping machine, pulling, pushing, and maneuvering a minimum of 75 pounds.
  • Remove trash, clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaners, brooms, or shampoo machines.
  • Responsible for property clean-up, including bio-chemical materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum age 18 or 21 (varies by property)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year cleaning experience preferred; knowledge of carpet and floor care, chemicals, and equipment
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations
