About the Job

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at Vets Hired, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by responding to their inquiries regarding their benefits package. This includes answering questions about 401K, Health Insurance, Pension, and Payroll related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls and emails regarding benefits package inquiries
  • Assist with website or application related issues in regards to accessing benefits
  • Answer questions regarding products or services
  • Document customer interactions in the client system thoroughly
  • Transfer data from documents into the client's system
  • Process transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit information updates, 401K withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of call center experience or 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer navigation and organizational skills

Technical Requirements:

  • Desktop or laptop with Windows 10 operating system
  • i4 or greater processor
  • 8GB or better RAM
  • 256 SSD or better hard drive
  • Reliable high-speed internet with 20MB download and 10MB upload minimum

Benefits:

  • $17 per hour pay rate once you reach production
  • Full-time position with 8 hour shift
  • Benefits eligible after 60 days (Medical, Vision, Dental and 401k)
