Regional Truck Driver CDL A Home Weekends Opportunity

SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $1,700 - $1,900 per week, with the potential for hourly pay at $31.00 per hour and additional perks such as per diem pay, loyalty bonuses, and paid training.
Job DescriptionThis Regional Truck Driver CDL A Home Weekends Opportunity requires driving a sleeper dry van on a regional route, delivering freight to Seattle, Eastern WA, ID & OR, and other destinations. The driver will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines, detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards, maintaining accurate records and logs, loading/unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer, and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 21 years of age, pass a Ryder drug test, pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years, pass a DOT physical, pass a Ryder road test, provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position, and have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle. You must also be able to follow written and/or oral instructions, read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures, detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards, maintain accurate records and logs, load/unload freight or assist in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer, and perform other duties as assigned.
