The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of craftsmen in creating, designing patterns, and bringing them to production. With a strong background in industrial sewing experience, preferably 5+ years, the ideal candidate will possess high attention to detail and craftsmanship expertise in Skiver, Splitter, Clicker, Sewing Machine, and Foot Press.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development. Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage team in translating ideas of designers into repeatable patterns
  • Read and interpret design models and blueprints
  • Operate all machinery needed to create concept samples (sewing machine, skiving machine, splitting machine, clicker)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years industrial sewing experience required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience on Skiver, Splitter, Clicker, Sewing Machine, and Foot Press
  • Understanding of handbag constructions
  • Ability to read and interpret design cards and specifications
  • Understanding and working experience in luxury leather handbags and goods
