Brewpub Server

We are seeking an experienced server to enhance our customers' dining experiences at Fire Ant Brewpub in Old Town Tomball. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills.

The Server plays a vital role in our restaurant, building rapport with customers, answering questions about the menu, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. This position requires attention to detail, ensuring accurate orders are provided to the kitchen staff.

• Taking food and beverage orders from customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Answering questions about the menu and preparation to provide exceptional customer service
• Providing accurate orders to the kitchen staff to ensure seamless delivery of dishes
• Checking with customers periodically during their meals to ensure satisfaction
• Processing payment and providing customers with their checks at the end of the meal
• Upselling merchandise such as t-shirts, logo pint cups, and gift cards to increase revenue

• Prior experience as a server is preferred but not required
• Friendly and outgoing personality to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
• Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to adapt to changing situations
• Texas Food Handler's and TABC Certifications are mandatory
