HVAC Comfort Consultant

Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a skilled HVAC Comfort Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on home comfort solutions.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

As an HVAC Comfort Consultant, you will perform in-home consultations and provide solutions for home comfort needs. You will create and present accurate sales proposals for residential HVAC system replacements and installations. Additionally, you will assist with customer financing requests, maintain and expand the pipeline through continued customer outreach and prospecting, and participate in various sales activities such as trade and home shows.

You will also continuously improve your sales skills and industry knowledge through self-study, seminars, and company-provided training. Other duties as assigned by management will be performed.
