At Planet Fitness, we're committed to creating a judgement free zone for our members. As an Overnight Custodian, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our facility.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires working overnight hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility, including restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness equipment
  • Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products
  • Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager
  • Follow our Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Prior custodial experience is preferred
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
  • Ability to work third shift is mandatory
  • Honesty and a strong work ethic are required
  • Ability to solve problems independently
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent is required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
Physical Demands
  • Continual standing and walking during shift
  • Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift
  • Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds
  • Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $13.00 per hour. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
