Job Title: Community Health Liaison

About the Role:
As a Community Health Liaison, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Representing Alliance Community Hospital at community events and functions.
  • Developing and implementing community health education programs.
  • Collaborating with community organizations and healthcare providers to promote healthy outcomes.
  • Providing health screenings and educational resources to community members.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to management.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
  • A current LPN license in the state of Ohio.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Working Conditions:
As a Community Health Liaison, you can expect to work in a variety of settings, including community centers, schools, and other public locations. You may also be required to travel within the community to attend events and meetings. The position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Salary:
The salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
