Hand Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Certified Hand Therapist to join our team at KORT Physical Therapy in Louisville, KY. As a hand therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients with upper extremity disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs
  • Maintain positive relationships with facilities and clients
  • Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and Evidence-Based Practice
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational or Physical Therapy
  • Specialty certification or licensure in Hand Therapy
  • National registration and state licensure or registration
  • Previous experience in custom splinting and hand therapy
