Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
- Contributing to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders.
- Supervising and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
