About Us

\helpers we provide essential support to the delivery of health services in compliance with regulations and agency policies to ensure excellent patient care. Our team supports the Manager in payroll and report monitoring functions, ensuring seamless operations.\

Job Summary

\/In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our team by keeping track of employee's timesheets in Kronos to MatrixCare, entering missing time punches, and calculating incentive bonus pay for CNAs/PSOs/HHAs. You will also communicate with scheduling supervisors regarding any questions or concerns about aides in hospital facilities. This is a part-time position requiring 30 hours per week, with flexible hours including some weekend work.\

\/We offer a competitive salary range of $18.00 - $24.72 per hour, commensurate with equity and experience. Requirements

\/To be successful in this role, you will need a high school graduate or equivalent, preferably with post-high school education or training. Three years of experience in a healthcare-related field, particularly home health experience, is preferred. Your strong communication skills and ability to work independently will be key to your success in this position.\

\/This position is located at our Potomac Home Offices, Suburban Hospital / Sibley Memorial Hospital Offices.\
